HEALTH SCREENING INITIATIVE

The health screening project in the village, initiated by Dr.  Amin Yakubu, aims to improve healthcare access and promote wellness within the community. Through this initiative, we provide comprehensive health screenings every six months  to residents, including vital sign assessments, blood tests, and screenings for common health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and infectious diseases. Our team of healthcare professionals will conduct these screenings in collaboration with local healthcare workers and volunteers from the Savannah community. By offering these services free of charge, we strive to identify health issues of the Savannah community  early, provide timely interventions, and empower community members  to take control of their health. Additionally, we offer health education sessions to raise awareness about preventive measures and healthy lifestyle choices. This project embodies our commitment to improving healthcare equity and fostering healthier communities.
